Since September 2025, OPM guidance has capped most federal resumes at two pages, reversing decades of advice that told applicants to document everything across five pages or more. Some HR specialists decline resumes that run long during the first review. The same experience now has to be proven in a fraction of the space, addressed to the specific experience the announcement names, not the general duties of the job.

Most applicants respond with a private-sector resume missing the fields federal HR requires, an outdated five-page format built for rules that no longer apply, or an AI tool that writes clean sentences with no real connection to the posting. This service does one thing instead: it takes your record and writes it into the specific experience language of one announcement, in the length that announcement allows, by someone who has spent decades navigating federal hiring himself, as a service member and as a current federal employee.

The process is multi-pass. A person still reads every line before it's called finished. That's not the product. The resume is the product.

Most federal resume help falls into one of two camps: a flat-rate template mill that outputs the same document structure for everyone, or a boutique writing service billed by the hour, often with a deposit before work starts and a balance due on delivery, so the real cost isn't clear until the invoice arrives. This is priced flat, in the open, before anything begins, and built new for your announcement, not pulled from a shared template.

Revisions aren't capped at one pass the way budget services structure them, and they aren't open-ended either. They continue until the resume answers that announcement's specialized experience, because a resume graded against the wrong yardstick doesn't improve by being revised once.

The writing itself runs through a verification pass before you ever see it. Each claim in the draft gets checked against what you actually sent, not against what sounds plausible for someone with your background. If a line doesn't trace back to something in your history, it's flagged and corrected at that specific line, not smoothed over or left in. That's the difference between a tool that generates confident-sounding text and one that's accountable to what you actually did.

1. 01 Send the announcement.The intake form asks for the USAJOBS control number or the full posting, plus your work history in whatever shape it's already in: bullet points, an old resume, a rough timeline. Most people fill it out in about ten minutes. You'll get a confirmation once it's in, and the work starts from there.
2. 02 It gets matched to that announcement.Your experience is mapped directly to the specialized experience language in Qualifications, not paraphrased from the Duties section. HR evaluates those two sections differently, and conflating them is one of the most common reasons qualified applicants don't get referred.
3. 03 You get a file ready to submit.A resume sized to that announcement's limit, dated the way HR requires, with a short note on veterans' preference, Schedule A, or Pathways eligibility when it applies. You submit the application yourself.

Priority of Service means veterans are where this service starts, and where the deepest experience is. It's also open to any applicant with a real federal announcement, including recent graduates and applicants whose path to federal service looks different.

Applicants under 18 require a guardian on file before work begins.

Three rounds of revision are built into the $449 price, enough to get the resume right for that announcement. A revision refines the same resume against the same posting. Tailoring it to a different announcement is a new package, priced above, not a free revision.

Not included: filing the application, interview coaching, a guarantee of referral or selection.

This service asks for what it actually takes to write one resume: your work history and the announcement you're applying to. It doesn't ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, or any banking information, because none of that is needed to build a federal resume.

A throwaway email works fine for the intake if you'd rather not use a personal one. You can replace it with your real contact information yourself once the finished resume is in hand.

Payment runs through PayPal, so card and bank details go to PayPal directly. This business never collects or stores them.
